 Absolutely. Our Shenzhen facility is specifically optimized for high-volume manufacturing. We currently serve several Tier-1 production corporations, maintaining the infrastructure necessary to scale from thousands to millions of units without compromising on precision.



 For high-volume production, our typical lead time is 30 days, depending on the complexity and volume of the order. We also offer expedited "Fast-Track" shipping options for existing clients with urgent supply chain needs. 


 Quality is non-negotiable. We utilize a multi-stage QC process including:

  • IQC (Incoming Quality Control): Raw material testing.
  • IPQC (In-Process Quality Control): Real-time monitoring during forging and threading.
  • OQC (Outgoing Quality Control): Final 100% automated optical sorting and manual sampling. We are ISO 9001 certified and provide full material test reports (MTR) upon request.


 Yes. If your engineering team has specific blueprints or unique requirements, our in-house R&D team can assist with prototyping and production of custom-engineered fasteners tailored to your exact specifications. 


 We are based in Shenzhen, China, the global hub for hardware manufacturing. Our proximity to the Port of Shenzhen and Hong Kong allows us to offer highly competitive shipping rates and faster transit times to international destinations. 


 Our fasteners are used globally across various sectors, including automotive assembly, consumer electronics, renewable energy (solar/wind), and heavy machinery. 


 Yes. We believe in "Quality First." We provide functional samples for testing and evaluation to ensure the dimensions and material properties meet your project's standards before we move to the mass production phase. 


 Because we specialize in large-scale production, our MOQs are generally higher than retail distributors. However, we are flexible for long-term contract partners. Please contact our sales team with your specific requirements for a tailored quote. 


 We are well-versed in international standards, including DIN, ANSI, ISO, and JIS. We provide all necessary export documentation, including Certificates of Conformity (CoC), RoHS compliance, and REACH declarations.
