This Sam Chang (San Shing) cold heading machine is a core production unit in our fastener manufacturing line. Designed for high-speed mass production, it forms fastener blanks by cutting and cold-forming metal wire into precise head shapes at room temperature.

High-speed Cold Heading & Forging Cell: Capable of high-volume production with tolerances maintained through rigid machine architecture and automated lubrication systems.

 A precision manufacturing bay featuring enclosed cold heading machines(bolt makers). The units are configured for high-speed wire forming, featuring a dedicated discharge chute into a primary collection bin with an integrated oil-centrifuge strainer. · Infeed Mechanism: Visible Wire-Straightening Unit at the left intake, ensuring raw material is perfectly aligned before entering the die.

· Output & Filtration: Finished components are ejected via a gravity-fed discharge chute into a secondary Oil-Strainer Sieve to facilitate immediate separation from heavy-duty lubricating oils.

· Safety & Maintenance: Equipped with an emergency stop (E-stop) console and an localized status identification tag for ISO 9001/IATF 16949 compliance tracking.

For complex geometries and ultra-tight tolerances, our CNC Turning Department provides secondary machining services including custom threading, knurling, and high-precision finishing

  • Machine Type: CNC Precision Lathe (Turning Center) housed in a fully enclosed safety cabinet to contain high-pressure coolant spray.
  • Control Architecture: SYNTEC Numerical Control System with a full alphanumeric keyboard and MPG (Manual Pulse      Generator) handwheel for micron-level tool offsets.
  • Safety & Compliance: Features a multi-stage Signal Tower (Andon Light) for visual status monitoring and comprehensive warning labels for ISO-standard operation.

Ancillary Systems: Integrated pneumatic regulator and automatic lubrication pump visible at the base to ensure      constant spindle cooling and lead-screw longevity.
